Murphy needs a Home

Murphy is a 4 year old mixed breed male companion dog. He’s 21 lbs and stands about 10″ at the shoulder. While I’m not sure of his ancestry (Corgi? Peke? Pom? Sheltie? He is not a tibbie.) it resulted in a beautiful dog. He’s cheerful, sweet, good natured and eager to please. He loves people, gets along fine with children, other dogs and cats, and prefers to have plenty of exercise and a yard to roam.
He is a rescue adoption who is somewhat blind in his right eye; he had cherry eye go untreated too long as a puppy before he was rescued and suffered some eye damage as a result. He’s partially obedience trained, but is somewhat excitable and can alarm bark indoors if not under immediate control.
He is my buddy and my family, but my job now requires me to travel 50%, so I’ve had to move to a townhouse. I’ve come to the heartbreaking decision that my lifestyle is just not healthy for a young, active, noisy dog.
Can you give him that good home? Ample love and attention, lots of stimulation and structure, and plenty of exercise to burn off his energy? Agility training would be a plus; he’s an athletic little dog in spite of his partial blindness and would probably do very well in it.
