Caffeine Habit
I ran across a rather cool information source when I was actually looking for something else entirely.
As some of you know, I am both hyperconnected and overcaffeinated. (OK, I usually only have two cups of coffee a day… I don’t know how those who drink a pot a day do it!) I am pretty sensitive to caffeine, though, and can’t tolerate it past about 2pm and still sleep at night.
Enter, stage left, the caffeine database. It has everything I didn’t want to know about my bad habit. Check out those Starbucks drip coffee numbers! It makes the tall cup of drip crack I default to some mornings out of frugality and impatience a little more ominous.
